The Ministry of Treasury
of the Republic of Poland

informs that it has extended until 23 July 2010, 12:00 noon, Warsaw time, the deadline for the submission of written responses to invitations (published on 14 May 2010 in Rzeczpospolita and Parkiet as well as on the Treasury’s website: www.msp.gov.pl) for the purchase of the following Treasury-owned shares:

• up to 50.67% shares of Zakłady Azotowe “Puławy” S.A. with registered office in Puławy,
• up to 59.41% shares of Zakłady Chemiczne “Police S.A.” with registered office in Police,

Consequently, the deadline for collection of the Company Memoranda by the interested entities has been extended until 22 July 2010. Moreover, the new deadline by which the Potential Investors who submitted responses to the public invitations are to be informed on the decision of the Ministry of Treasury regarding the examination of the submitted responses, shall be 30 August 2010.

Other terms and conditions stipulated in invitations for the purchase of shares of each Company remain effective.
